GENERAL PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE

  • As of 5/27/26, there are two full-time offices remaining and two offices with part-time availability - one office is available on Fridays only, and another is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays

HEALTHCARE WORKERS

  • As of 5/27/26, there are two remaining offices that can accommodate a 6-month or a 9-month lease - one office is available on Fridays or Saturdays only, and another is available on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. These offices unfortunately cannot accommodate bodyworkers at this time due to space constraints.

  • Current tenants include psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists

  • Includes WiFi access, all utilities, and use of shared kitchen

  • Ability to rent out conference room and co-working space on weekends to host events for an additional cost

  • Includes access to separate shared waiting area for clients

  • Does not include front desk staff of any kind
