GENERAL PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE

  • Private offices available on a full-time or part-time basis

  • Includes high-speed WiFi access, all utilities, and use of shared kitchen

  • Ability to rent out conference room and co-working space on weekends to host events for an additional cost

  • Ideal for consultants, designers, freelancers, lawyers, etc.

  • As of 6/03/26, there are two offices with part-time space remaining: 1) 10×12 office with south-facing window available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for $300/month, or 2) 7×10 office with plexiglass window facing into co-working space available full-time for $500/month

  • Both offices can have space starting immediately and running through March or April 2027. No short-term leases available at this time.

HEALTHCARE WORKERS

  • Current tenants include psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists

  • Includes high-speed WiFi access, all utilities, and use of shared kitchen

  • Ability to rent out conference room and co-working space on evenings or weekends to host events or groups for an additional cost

  • Includes access to separate shared waiting area for clients (this is separated from the co-working space)

  • Does not include front desk staff of any kind

  • As of 6/03/26, there are two remaining offices that can accommodate a lease through April 2027: 1) one 7×10 office with window available on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday (cost is $150/month per day of use), or 2) one 7×10 full-time office with plexiglass window facing into the waiting room for $500/month - ideal for individuals doing telehealth or seeing clients in a smaller office without an exterior window

  • These offices unfortunately cannot accommodate bodyworkers at this time due to space constraints.
